We actually are in the process of setting up google calendar for our team and our clients to keep track of their closings and important dates. Having it all online is great when you have team members that work from home too. We are blending it into a page on our site that will be specifically for the buyer or seller and will have documents uploaded to it etc. When you have a good, creative webmaster, you can do anything! Just ask around -- you'd be surprised how common it is. And remember: nobody is "smarter" than anybody else. Just stick with what you know and you'll look plenty smart.
